Hygienic training and clean water systems are a big part of gaining entrance into the hearts and lives of the impoverished people of Nepal.  There is a saying, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."  By bringing training, hygienic supplies, and clean water systems, it helps us to win the trust of the people in those communities to help affect change.

Dysentery is still one of the leading causes of death in Nepal due to polluted drinking water and a lack of hand washing.  This is in part due to a lack of knowledge of the basics that we take for granted in first world conditions.  

We have worked this many of the same villages since 2012 and have seen a remarkable change in the health of the communities we have worked with.
